Shipping Policy
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. If additional processing time is required, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Regions
Canada (Primary Shipping Region)
We currently offer full shipping services within Canada. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.
Typical delivery estimates:
• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited shipping: 1–3 business days
Tracking is included for all Canadian shipments.
To request international shipping, please contact our support team before placing an order.

• Any delivery deadlines you may have
• Some items may have regional restrictions or may not be eligible for international delivery.
• Any restrictions will be listed on the product page.
Please provide:
• Your order number
• Photos of packaging and any damage (if applicable)
• Import fees, duties, and taxes are determined by your local government.
• These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping prices.

United States
We do not ship to the United States at this time. Orders placed using a U.S. address will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

International Shipping (By Request Only)
Shipping to countries outside Canada may be available on a case-by-case basis.

Order Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

Shipping Restrictions
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for shipments requiring a signature.

Delays & Delivery Issues
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or high-volume periods.
If your shipment appears delayed or missing, contact us and we will assist in locating the package.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will work with the carrier to find a resolution.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses cannot be guaranteed for recovery or replacement.
